Does or has antyone fished the WI Dells area. Dam or delton or river. Looking for a little guidence.

Fished the Dells area on the Wisconsin once about 15 years ago. I know just about the only launch is at River's Edge Resort of off County A. As for fishing I'm sure it is like any other body of water. Familiarity helps, the more you fish an area the more you learn where the fish tend to be. Plus it helps to be there when they are biting. Plus this time of year there are lots of people fishing that area, so just watch what others are doing. Can't go wrong with a jig-n-minnow.
