was pretty good out there tonite around birch. I ended up with seven or eight walleye (all were 12's t ho...except a 17 and a 14 which I kept...see album). also a nice smallmouth which I let go as well.
most of them came from that north side of birch. there's some real nice weedy grades in there...just perfect for getting that rapala right over the weedy dropoff. also pulled a couple right out of under the couple bogs that are beached around there (no, not the big one).
anyway, I'll be back at it tomorrow. hope some of you are on your way up as we speak.
on the way in, it was pretty late (and dark) but I did stop at the spot rite outside Tiger Musky here....nothing goin on. We just may have fished it out!

Larry,,,keep an eye out for the Chippewa Pines pontoon the next 2 weeks, we're checking in later today and hope to see ya out on the water.
